KOGI partners with ワークキャピタル株式会社 (WCI)

KOGI and WCI have forged a partnership after their initial meeting at the City-Tech. Tokyo exhibition earlier this year, which was facilitated by Taiwan's TCA entity. KOGI, with its third-generation HTO technology, has developed market-leading capabilities in lens-less gesture detection and hover stabilization. This innovative product stands out for its intuitive and user-friendly zero-touch technology, setting it apart from previous solutions that have been deemed less effective.

During the bustling City-Tech. Tokyo exhibition, KOGI had the opportunity to engage with an end-user IT department that had experienced a failed pilot project at Haneda Airport. The company had implemented an IR contactless technology solution, but it faced numerous complaints from travelers and staff due to false inputs, resulting in longer queues and the need for increased human assistance. Similar issues and subsequent decommissioning decisions were encountered at Changi Airport with the same IR solution provider.

Recognizing the market gap created by these past negative experiences, both KOGI and WCI see a promising opportunity to cater to local end users and kiosk providers who have previously encountered challenges with zero-touch technologies. KOGI is confident that its HTO technology will surpass expectations and provide a distinct user experience, making a positive comparison against previous solutions. Consequently, KOGI eagerly anticipates a fruitful collaboration with WCI to capitalize on this potential.
