Vacancy Search & Reserve

Launch APP (Android & iOS), and look for vacant spaces (real time) from map view. Navigate to space in either “general parking” or “reserved parking” at a premium. If “reserved parking” is selected, the running parking rate begins.

In “reserved parking” flow, the user deactivates and lowers smart locker upon arrival via APP. In “general parking” flow, the user will be re-directed to another space, if the selected space is taken during navigation.

Vehicle Search & Payment

The APP can assist in vehicle search as the user begins her return journey, as well as automated payment with binded payment method. The user now enjoys zero-contact without any form of payment and/or car finder KIOSKs.
